Full Day Planning
AWI will ensure your day is perfect. Hire us to take care of all of your logistics a month before. Leave all the stress and worries to us, so you can enjoy your special day. Planning will include: contact with all of your vendors a month in advance, day-of coordination.
AWI will meet with you to go over logistics and the event plan. These meetings can be in person or over the phone, depending on the client needs and what stage of the event process we are in. **New clients will receive a free one hour consultation.
Alongside our event planning services AWI is happy to provide ideas on marketing, collateral and guest speakers, to enhance your event experience. AWI will outline cost during initial consultation.
